A Hampton Roads native with more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Jaime brings a unique perspective to every transaction. After graduating from the University of Alabama, she began her career as a mortgage loan consultant, spending four years learning the financial side of homeownership. From there, she and her husband, a local real estate developer and builder, began renovating and flipping homes throughout Hampton Roads. That hands-on experience gave Jaime an even deeper understanding of home values, construction, renovations, and what to look for when buying or selling a property.

For the past eight years, Jaime has worked as a residential real estate agent, helping buyers and sellers throughout Hampton Roads navigate the process with less stress and more confidence. As a co-owner of Signature Homes, Jaime also enjoys helping lead and mentor a terrific team of real estate professionals. She plays an active role in bringing people together through client and community events, as well as fun and engaging team meetups that help foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and shared success.

As a mother of three, family is at the heart of Jaime’s life. She takes pride in being an active and present parent while continuing to grow a successful real estate career, and she encourages the agents around her to find that same balance.
