I'm the Principal Broker and Co-Owner of Signature Homes, a boutique real estate brokerage serving clients across Virginia and North Carolina. My focus today is building the kind of company I always wished existed as an agent — one where agents get real training, real support, and the tools to actually build a career, not just close a transaction.

A big part of that vision was creating an inclusive brokerage — one that welcomes and supports women in the industry, and where building a career doesn't mean sacrificing time with family. I believe agents do their best work — and stay in this business for the long haul — when they have room for what matters most outside the office, not just a grind toward the next deal.

That perspective comes from experience. Before stepping into ownership, I spent years as a Top Producer and Presidential Club Award recipient, including recognition as a Top 10 Agent Nationwide and part of a Top 2 Team Nationwide. I know firsthand what it takes to serve clients well and grow a business in a market that's constantly shifting — and I've built Signature Homes around that same standard.

Since co-founding the brokerage in 2020, I've focused on developing a team of skilled, well-supported agents — leading training on contracts, sales, marketing, and personal development, and building the systems and culture that let them do their best work for clients.

Outside the office, you'll usually find me outdoors, traveling, cooking, or with my nose in a book. I'm passionate about supporting the local businesses, arts organizations, and nonprofits that make our community special, and I currently serve on the Board of Directors for SMILE (Samantha Makes It a Little Easier). I love bringing people together — partnering with local businesses and nonprofits to host events that make a real impact while giving people a reason to connect and have fun.
